Description

Head Chefs oversee the daily process of running a kitchen and managing food preparation at restaurants and other similar establishments. They direct kitchen staff and handle all food-related issues, including checking up on food supplies, planning menus, and creating new recipes.
The Head Chef is responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the department is maintained at the highest level at all times. This role is very much hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude.
